Lifetime Limited Warranty

Effective date: August 3, 2026

This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to eligible Ventrickcar-branded products purchased directly from ventrickcar.com. It is provided in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Who is covered

The warranty covers the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required. “Lifetime” means the period during which the original purchaser owns the product; it does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, vehicle, or any replaceable component.

What is covered

Ventrickcar Overland warrants that the structural components of an eligible Ventrickcar-branded product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended, non-commercial use when correctly installed, maintained, and used within all stated fitment and load limits.

Available remedy

After reviewing an approved claim, Ventrickcar Overland may, at its option, repair the defective product, provide a replacement part, replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable product, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Replacement products or parts may differ in color or minor design details when the original version is no longer available. Warranty service does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Wear items are not covered

Consumable and wear-prone parts are not covered for ordinary wear, deterioration, loss, or periodic replacement. These include, where applicable, rubber or foam pads, protective strips, weather seals, plastic caps and end caps, straps and tie-downs, lock cylinders and keys, surface finishes and coatings, and mounting hardware that has worn through normal use. A verified manufacturing defect present in a wear item at delivery remains subject to applicable law and the remedies stated in this warranty.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss caused by:

incorrect installation, incomplete assembly, loose fasteners, or failure to follow instructions;
use on an incompatible vehicle, roof type, trim, mounting point, or aftermarket system;
exceeding the product load limit or the vehicle manufacturer’s roof-load limit;
abnormal, unintended, abusive, negligent, commercial, rental, racing, stunt, or recovery use;
collision, rollover, impact, falling cargo, severe off-road use, or road hazards;
alteration, drilling, welding, cutting, unauthorized repair, or use of non-approved parts;
corrosion or deterioration caused by road salt, chemicals, coastal exposure, improper cleaning, neglected maintenance, or storage;
normal cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, fading, surface corrosion, noise, or vibration that does not result from a covered structural defect;
theft, loss, fire, flood, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control; or
damage to a vehicle, cargo, third-party equipment, or other property.

Costs not covered

Unless required by law or approved by us in writing, this warranty does not cover labor, diagnostics, removal, reinstallation, vehicle repair, loss of use, travel, towing, storage, lost income, or other incidental or consequential costs. Do not send a product without authorization.

How to make a warranty claim

Email support@ventrickcar.com with the subject “Warranty Claim.”
Include your order number or other proof of purchase, product name, vehicle year/make/model/trim, installation date, and a clear description of the issue.
Attach clear photos or video showing the entire product, the claimed defect, installation points, and any relevant damage.
Follow the inspection, troubleshooting, return, or disposal instructions we provide. We may request additional information needed to determine coverage.

We will evaluate the claim in good faith and explain whether it is approved, denied, or requires more information. Fraudulent, altered, or materially incomplete claims are not covered.

Legal rights

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on where you live.
