These Terms of Service govern your use of ventrickcar.com and purchases from Ventrickcar Overland. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Store information and eligibility

Ventrickcar Overland sells roof-rack equipment, mounting components, cargo accessories, and related overland products. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. Information you provide at checkout must be accurate and complete.

Product information and vehicle fitment

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, availability, and prices accurate. Minor differences in color or appearance can occur because of screens, manufacturing batches, and photography.

Vehicle model, year, trim, roof configuration, factory options, and existing accessories can affect fitment. Before purchase and installation, confirm all listed fitment requirements, dimensions, mounting points, load limits, and vehicle-manufacturer instructions. Contact us before installation if compatibility is unclear. Do not use a product that cannot be securely installed as intended.

Installation and safe use

Follow the supplied instructions, torque specifications, product load limit, and the vehicle manufacturer’s roof-load limit. The lowest applicable limit controls. Loads must be evenly distributed and secured, and mounting points must be inspected before each trip and after the first period of use. Professional installation is recommended when you are not confident that you can complete the installation safely.

Off-road driving, high speeds, crosswinds, sudden maneuvers, impact, and uneven terrain can increase forces on a rack and its load. Reduce speed, inspect the system frequently, and remove or adjust loads when conditions require it.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges, duties, and taxes are displayed as applicable before payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory error, payment or fraud review, pricing error, shipping restriction, or suspected unauthorized resale. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Limited warranty

Eligible Ventrickcar-branded products are covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty. The warranty contains important coverage limits, exclusions for normal wear and misuse, and claim instructions. Product-specific written warranty terms, when provided, control over conflicting general warranty language.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site or products for unlawful purposes; interfere with site security or operation; submit malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of law; impersonate another person; provide fraudulent information; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use products in a way that is unsafe, prohibited, or materially inconsistent with instructions.

Intellectual property

The site and its original text, graphics, logos, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to Ventrickcar Overland and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vehicle manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Unless expressly stated, Ventrickcar Overland is not affiliated with or endorsed by those vehicle manufacturers.

Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, shipping, review, and support services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for the express Lifetime Limited Warranty and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss caused by improper fitment, installation, overloading, misuse, modification, or failure to follow instructions. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a greater remedy is required by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Ventrickcar Overland from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or unsafe or unauthorized installation or use of a product.

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant’s principal place of business, without excluding mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction.
